more reasons to hate china

why did the icc agree to give this country an olympics???

more scary shit coming out of china thanks to a documentary about the effects of the one child policy. apparently it’s illegal to register the birth of a child if the parents are unwed. that means couples who have a baby out of wedlock are forced to bribe an official, pay a massive fine, or sell the child on the black market.

it just gets worse and worse … and there’s nothing being done about it.

the full story is here … people are buying and selling babies to try and get a boy, who would guarantee a better life for the parents … and the demand for babies is so high, that 70 000 children go missing every year, as black market trading steal babies from their homes to meet demand.

in my opinion, china is one of the most evil countries in our time. not only do they harbour militant states like north korea and burma, but they annexed tibet, were responsible for the north/south korea split, and the list of human rights atrocities are endless …

and how do we reward them??? 2008 beijing olympics … what kind of fucked up world is this?

Baby girls are abnadoned and left to die.
The fur trade cruety to animals, you can find Heather Mills talking about it on youtube

Lead in toys, and other cheap untested toys. A 22 month old boy died due to the crap products.

Very few people in the US know much about what China is really like. We are too complacent and relaxed about the strategic challenges they pose. Westerners must come together and help one another to face the new difficulties we face, but can overcome.

    joe,

currently, american policies are just as evil. invasions, oil, torture, stripping civil liberties, and numerous other ridiculous crap all in the name of ‘freedom’ and the conservative religious right.

i have nothing against chinese people or americans. but both of their governments are tyranical and hypocritcal.

think about the one child policy for a second. the theory is good, but the practice is the opposite. families are abandoning female babies because it results in a worse life for the parents. they’re not thinking of the baby’s welfare, they’re considering their own welfare. what a scary way to think.

but it’s no different to a woman like palin standing in front of an ultra-conservative christian crowd and preeching anti-abortion and abstinence … while her un-wed 17 year old daughter is pregnant. people conveniently overlook these facts.

as the saying goes, “all that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing” … the people of china, america and all countries have a duty to make their leaders behave in an ethical manner.

maybe people expect less from china, because it’s a socialist nation … well, perhaps, but regardless, i definitely expect more from america. leaders of the free world my arse!
