cherry angioma - now i finally have an explanation for the red spots that have been appearing on my body. i’ve probably got about 15 or so in total. i was quite aggravated tonight and decided to finally look it up.

it turns out that cherry angiomas are common and quite harmless … the older you get, the more likely you are to get them. they affect every race and ethnicity, as well as both genders.

it’s something of a relief actually. i was starting to think it was some kind of blood problem … and i’d also entertained the thought that they were caused by some kind of bug here in korea. so, as long as they’re harmless, i don’t really care too much.

this is going to be a rant of epic proportions … cause i’m pretty pissed off about attitudes in western society. especially attitudes from hypocritical fucking americans.

yep, some r-tard meticulously cut all the nudity out of the movie 300 … because for some reason, people are offended by a pair of titties, but they aren’t offended by two hours of carnage and violent bloodbaths. i just don’t get it. why is nudity so offensive? why are people so shocked about a naked body? are people THAT conservative??

mostly, i think this represents american attitudes. i never saw this kind of redneck conservatism in australia or england … and for a country that prides itself on free speech, americans spend a lot of time censoring nudity, or complaining about nudity … but defending their right to own a gun, or screaming for war and invasions.

no … no … no! i’m sorry, but that’s wrong. just wrong. the human body is natural and beautiful (even the fat ones) … war and violence is a human creation and proof that our world is twisted, sick and fucked up. there’s nothing wrong with nudity … only conservative christians seem to have a problem with it. but they’ll happily vote in a war mongering president.

christians are hypocrits because they preach tolerance while they try to get everything banned (except violence obviously) and americans are hypocrits because they spend more time complaining about a pair of tits on tv than they spend complaining that their country is waging illegal wars.

people are spending too much time protesting about this -

and not enough time trying to stop this -

stop being offended by a naked body … and start being offended by needless horror, death, government atrocities, torture, police brutality, violent movies and video games, wars, domestic violence, and gun crimes … start being offended by malnutrition, world poverty, aids epidemics, global warming, and other disasters in third world countries.

then maybe … just maybe … the world might be a better place.

ps: i like the movie 300. it’s a great film … with the nudity in it!
